Peace and quiet but close enough to major attractions by car. Olympic size swimming pool. Sunset. Very close to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and big room. Complimentary bottled water everyday. Very good restaurant on site. Very good buffet breakfast included. We had a very relaxing holiday. Wish we had planned to stay longer.

Quite dated and needs a bit of upgrading.

The reception staff who attended us wasn’t welcoming and was rude.The guests had to wait more than an hour and a half to check in.

The only thing I liked was that I could cancel with penalty.

We arrived late at night directly from the airport, we were taken to a room that smelled of mold, the pillows were so dirty, like I've never seen anywhere else, very old, broken, rusty furniture. The beds also smelled of mold and stale air. I refused the room because my husband has asthmatic bronchitis and we couldn't sleep there. We were taken to another building, the room had exactly the same problem: dirty brown pillows, musty smell throughout the room, the same old and rusty furniture. Because it was very late, we stayed that night, asked for other pillows and they were brought to us, but in the morning we checked out and asked for a refund for the remaining 6 nights and moved to another hotel. There was a night when wr could barely sleep because of the musty smell. We appreciated that the reception staff were kind and wanted to take us to see another room, but everything they showed us was just as old and moldy. The worst experience so far, in all the years I've been booking all our vacations through Booking. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemies. And I also had to pay a cancellation fee. But at least I was able to leave and book somewhere else, at another hotel.

The Room bed was good, the breakfast was average with the spread, the pool was note ready at 10 am.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic with a super comfy bed, plenty of space, and a tub and shower. The daily cleaning service was top-notch, and I loved the private balcony with stunning sunset views.The breakfast buffet was impressive, with plenty of Western options to choose from. The huge pool was a great spot to relax, and the sunsets were breathtaking. But the real highlight of our stay was the beach bar and an amazing bartender! We chatted with her for hours, and she made our stay even more special.

The only drawback was the hotel's location - it's about a 10-minute drive from the main tourist area. However, renting a car or bike was easy, and we used Grab to get around, which was quick, cheap, and convenient.Overall, we'd definitely stay here again! The pros far outweighed the cons, and we loved the relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

the staff was excellent, room was very comfortable, breakfast was good, very close to the airport, food was good, the hotel is very clean and well maintained, the pool was good,

the beach was ok, but to protect the airport runways the city put a barrier so no waves can damage the airport and that reduced the beach value

it is very clean and no insects in the rooms even though there is nature around and no monkeys

The resort is good and at very good location, very close to airport and Pentai Cenang. Staff is really good and very pleasant.

The only thing the resort lacks is the fittings and rooms needs renovation. The Washroom fittings are too old. The washroom windows and roof need cleaning. Grass needs to cut properly. Private beach at the resort is not maintained, and hardly anyone would like to use it. This can be an amazing resort if its maintained properly.

Love the location and calm environment . Especially the pool. Breakfast was great too.

The maintenance of the parking / common area, lots of fallen leaves everywhere. General maintenance needed. The beach could be made more accessible as it is more pebbly than sandy, making it difficult to enjoy the beach properly.

The tv are kind of old, so it’s would be better to upgrade the facilities a bit.

Big spacious room and very big swimming pool

The property is right at the beach but you cannot swim in that beach !

The room we got was amazing. We had pool and direct sunset view. The cleanliness of the property and the staff were good.

The location of the resort was great, near to the beach.The staff was great as well, welcoming and very helpful.The room was big and the view was lovely too.The breaksfast was decent , could be better.

But the resort condition was not that great.The resort was not in a great condition.The path to the room are full of dried leaves, the swimming pool area as well full of leaves.The main lobby should be more welcoming and the room as well.The room curtain was dirty . The iron not working well.With the price that i am paying i am hoping for the better room and condition. The food and breakfast option could be better as well and different food menu should be serve on different day would be great with the amount of room that we paid.

The hotel was close to the venue that we needed to attend early in the morning. The room itself was really big and spacious. It was also nice to walk around the hotel. The ambience was quiet and peaceful, especially the beach at the back.

There was no hot water despite being told that there would be. Staff informed us that this was because other people may be using the hot water as well. However, after 2 days, we still didn't get any hot water.
